Ingredient research does not test VapoCept itself. Arginine trials on blood pressure used 4 to 24 g a day, with a median of 9 g (Dong et al., 2011). A VapoCept capsule holds about 340 mg of arginine across two forms. We print that gap plainly.
When an agency calls the evidence weak, we say that too. The NIH's NCCIH says evidence for supplements and thinking is generally weak (NCCIH). None of the studies we cite on this site are memory studies of VapoCept.
