What does this VapoCept privacy policy cover?

This policy covers the VapoCept website at vapozcept.com, run by Vapozcept, a USA Authorized Retailer. It explains what personal data the site handles, who holds it and what you can ask us to do.

The site is a set of information pages about a capsule supplement. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no cookies of its own. Orders go through a separate checkout run by the order desk, which has its own privacy terms.

This policy was last updated on September 22, 2026. When we change it, the date changes too.

What personal data does the VapoCept website collect?

Very little. Most of what we hold is what you choose to send us by email.

We run no analytics of our own, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts. We do not build visitor profiles. We do not sell personal data or share it for targeted ads.

Some pages have a copy button for a phone number or a code. It copies text on your own device and sends nothing to us.

What happens to your data when you order VapoCept?

When you click an order link, you leave this site for a secure checkout run by the order desk. Your name, address, email and card details go to that checkout, not to the website team.

The order desk uses those details to take payment, ship your parcel, send tracking and handle refunds under the 60-day guarantee. Its own privacy terms apply, and the checkout links to them.

The checkout may note which site sent you, so the sale is credited to this one. That is how the site earns money. It does not give the website team your card number or your address.

Does the VapoCept website handle health information?

Only if you choose to send it. Please do not put health details in an email to the website team. We do not need them to fix a page or answer a question about the site.

If you do mention a health condition or a medicine, we use the message only to reply and then delete it on the same schedule as other emails. We never use it for marketing. Health questions about VapoCept belong with your doctor, not with us.

How long do we keep your emails?

We keep emails only as long as we need them to answer you and keep a simple record. Then we delete them, unless a law requires us to keep something longer.

You can ask us to delete your emails sooner. Our web host keeps short server logs for security. Those logs roll over on the host's schedule, and we do not use them to identify anyone.

What privacy rights do you have?

You can ask to see, fix or delete the personal information we hold about you. Many U.S. states give residents these rights by law, and we honor the same requests from any visitor.

Making a request will not change how we treat you. Requests about order data go to the order desk at +1 (507) 448-8190, because the desk holds that data.

How do you make a privacy request?

Does the VapoCept website collect data from children?

No. VapoCept is for adults 18 and older, and this site is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

How is your data kept safe?

Pages load over a secure connection. Only a small team can read the website inbox. The checkout runs on its own secure system.

No website can promise perfect security. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.

What does this policy not cover?

It does not cover the checkout, Google Fonts or outside sites we link to, such as NIH or FDA pages. Each has its own privacy terms.
