What do these VapoCept terms cover?

These terms cover your use of the VapoCept website at vapozcept.com. The site is run by Vapozcept, a USA Authorized Retailer, and by using it you agree to these terms.

The site gives general information about VapoCept, a capsule dietary supplement with 30 capsules per bottle. It does not sell anything directly. Order buttons take you to a separate checkout run by the order desk.

These terms were last updated on September 22, 2026. If we change them, the new date shows here, and the new terms apply from that date.

Who may use the VapoCept website?

The site is written for adults 18 and older in the United States. VapoCept is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shipping runs from the US unless the sales page says otherwise. If you visit from another country, local rules on supplements may differ, and you are responsible for following them.

Is the VapoCept website medical advice?

No. Everything here is general information about a dietary supplement. It is not medical advice and it is not a diagnosis.

The front label prints "CLINICAL MEMORY RESTORATION". That is label text. No clinical study of this formula is published, and nothing on this site promises any change in memory, focus or energy. If you notice memory changes, see a doctor. The disclaimer covers health information in full.

How accurate is the information on the VapoCept website?

Refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then take 5 to 10 days to reach your card. The refund policy has the details.

How does the VapoCept website earn money?

The site earns money when people buy VapoCept through its order links. Order buttons are marked as sponsored links.

This does not raise the price you pay. It also does not change what we report from the published panel. You never have to buy anything to use the site.

What can you do with VapoCept website content?

You may read and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. The text, tables and layout belong to Vapozcept or to those who licensed them to us.

Product photos, seals and brand artwork belong to their owners. We use them to show what the bottle and packs look like.

Who is responsible for outside links?

The site links to outside sources, such as NIH fact sheets, FDA pages and research journals. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

A link is not an endorsement of VapoCept by that source. We link research so you can read the original and see the doses studied, which are often far higher than what a VapoCept capsule holds.

What are the limits of our liability?
