VapoCept Ingredients: The Supplement Facts Label Line by Line

Quick answer

VapoCept ingredients are seven lines per one-capsule serving: niacin 7.5 mg NE, calcium 18 mg, L-arginine 200 mg, L-arginine AKG 2:1 200 mg, L-citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-citrulline malate 100 mg and beta-alanine 40 mg. A bottle holds 30 capsules. The other ingredients, such as the capsule shell, are not published. Below, the Supplement Facts panel is read line by line, with what each amount means.

Brand panel titled Inside VapoCept: a bottle surrounded by tiles for niacin, calcium, L-arginine, L-arginine AKG 2:1, L-citrulline HCl and beta-alanine
The brand’s “Inside VapoCept” panel names six of the seven lines. It leaves out L-citrulline malate, which the published panel lists.

Key facts

  • Form: capsule. Serving: 1 capsule. Count: 30 capsules per bottle. Directions: “One capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water.”
  • Seven lines are printed, each with its own amount. There is no proprietary blend.
  • The five amino acid lines add up to 640 mg per capsule.
  • About 340 mg of that is arginine across two forms, and 200 mg is citrulline across two salt forms.
  • Other ingredients and the capsule material are not published, and we were not given a photo of the back label.
  • VapoCept is sold as capsules. No drops, gummies or separate pills are listed.

What is VapoCept, and what form does it come in?

VapoCept is a dietary supplement sold as a capsule. The bottle is white, with a navy circuit-style brain logo and copper lines. The front reads “VapoCept”, “Clinical Memory Restoration”, “Focus | Clarity | Energy”, “30 Capsules” and “Dietary Supplement”.

Searches for VapoCept pills, drops or gummies point to forms we cannot find. The material we hold lists capsules only. If you see a gummy or a liquid sold under the name, it is not the product described here.

What is it used for? The sales page talks about “daily mental clarity”, “sustained energy” and “cognitive well-being”. That is the seller’s language, and no study of this formula has put it to the test.

How do you read the serving line?

The serving is one capsule, and a bottle holds 30 servings. The direction reads “One capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water.” Nothing more is asked of you: no loading phase and no second daily dose.

Every amount below is per capsule. If you ever took two, every number would double, including the niacin.

What does each of the seven lines mean?

VapoCept published panel read line by line. Amounts are per capsule
LineAmountHow to read it
Niacin7.5 mg NEVitamin B3. NE means niacin equivalents. Adult men need 16 mg NE a day.
Calcium (as calcium carbonate)18 mgA mineral. For adults 19 to 70 the daily need is 1,000 mg, which makes 18 mg a small top-up.
L-Arginine (base)200 mgPlain arginine, all of it counted.
L-Arginine AKG 2:1200 mgArginine joined to alpha-ketoglutarate. Roughly 140 mg of it is arginine.
L-Citrulline HCl100 mgA hydrochloride salt of citrulline.
L-Citrulline Malate100 mgCitrulline bound to malic acid.
Beta-Alanine40 mgAn amino acid best known from sports products.

The panel does not say why each line is there. It also gives no percent Daily Value figures in the information we hold.

How do the five amino acid lines add up?

Add 200, 200, 100, 100 and 40 and you get 640 mg. That is the total weight of the amino acid lines, not the weight of pure amino acid, because some lines are salts or bound forms.

  • Arginine: the base line gives 200 mg and the AKG line adds about 140 mg, for about 340 mg.
  • Citrulline: 100 mg plus 100 mg gives 200 mg of salt forms, a little less than that in pure citrulline.
  • Beta-alanine: 40 mg on its own.

Set those beside the studies. Blood pressure trials of arginine ran at 4 to 24 g a day (median 9 g). Citrulline studies used about 3 to 10 g a day. Exercise studies of beta-alanine used 4 to 6 g a day, and tingling can appear above about 800 mg in one dose. None of those studies tested memory.

Which lines are nutrients and which are amino acids?

Niacin and calcium are nutrients with daily needs. Niacin at 7.5 mg NE is close to half of the 16 mg NE adult men need, and well below the 35 mg upper limit for supplements. Calcium at 18 mg is about 2 percent of the 1,000 mg adults need.

The other five lines are amino acids, and they carry most of the capsule’s weight. They are studied mainly for blood pressure, blood flow and exercise, at gram doses.

What is not on the panel?

Quite a lot, and it is worth knowing before you buy.

  • Other ingredients, such as fillers and flow agents
  • The capsule material, which matters if you follow a vegetarian diet or avoid certain additives
  • A photo of the real back label, since our panel comes from the sales page and not from a bottle
  • The name of a manufacturer or distributor
  • Storage directions, so the usual advice applies: cool, dry, cap closed
  • Any third-party lab result

The brand shows a vegetarian seal, but the capsule material is not published, so the seal is all you have to go on. If your diet is strict or you have an allergy, ask the order desk for the other-ingredients list first.

How do you check your own bottle against this panel?

  1. Hold the bottle in good light and find the Supplement Facts box.
  2. Check the serving size and count: one capsule, 30 servings.
  3. Compare each of the seven lines with the table above, amount and form.
  4. Write down the other ingredients if your bottle lists them.
  5. Note the lot code and best-before date on the base, if printed.
  6. If any line differs, do not take the capsules. Photograph the panel and call the order desk with your order ID.

Your bottle is the final word. If it differs from our table, trust the bottle and tell us through the website email.

Why does a printed amount matter more than a long ingredient list?

Because an amount lets you check. A blend can list a dozen items under one total weight, which hides whether a key item is a solid dose or a pinch. VapoCept prints every line, and that is a real plus.

When you compare any brain, memory or focus supplement, look at four things: the amount of each ingredient, the form, the amount used in studies and whether those studies were about memory. A long list of names with no amounts is a warning sign.

Label facts are not health advice

VapoCept is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. Arginine and citrulline can lower blood pressure. Ask a doctor first if you take blood pressure medicine or nitrates, or have a heart or kidney condition. See a doctor about any memory change.

Frequently asked questions

What is in VapoCept?

One capsule lists niacin 7.5 mg NE, calcium 18 mg, L-arginine 200 mg, L-arginine AKG 2:1 200 mg, L-citrulline HCl 100 mg, L-citrulline malate 100 mg and beta-alanine 40 mg. Other ingredients are not published.

Does VapoCept use a proprietary blend?

No. Each of the seven lines has its own number, so no total hides the doses.

How much arginine is in one capsule?

About 340 mg. The base line gives 200 mg and the AKG 2:1 line adds roughly 140 mg.

Does VapoCept come as gummies, drops or pills?

The material we hold lists capsules only, 30 per bottle. No gummy, drop or separate pill form is listed.

What are the other ingredients and the capsule made of?

That is not published. Ask the order desk for the list if you follow a strict diet or have an allergy.

What is VapoCept used for?

The sales page talks about daily mental clarity, sustained energy and cognitive well-being. That is the seller’s language, and no study of the formula has tested it.

Our view

Our view is that the label is the best thing about VapoCept. It is open, it is easy to check and it lets a pharmacist or doctor see everything in one capsule. Many products in this category do not offer that.

It is also the label that tells you the most about the limits. The amounts are small next to the doses in research, and the research was never about memory. Read the front text as the brand’s wording and the back panel as the facts.

For a deeper look at the numbers see the seven amounts against the research, the ingredients page and the Supplement Facts page.
