What form does VapoCept come in?

VapoCept is sold as a capsule. The front label says 30 capsules and dietary supplement. No drops, gummies, powders or separate pills are listed on the sales page.

Some searches ask for VapoCept pills or Vapo Cept capsules. They mean the same thing: the white bottle of 30 capsules described on this page. The capsule form also makes the product easy to carry, easy to count and easy to check against the label.

What is inside one VapoCept capsule?

Seven printed lines, 665.5 mg in total, with no proprietary blend.

• Niacin, 7.5 mg NE, about half of a man's daily need.
• Calcium (as calcium carbonate), 18 mg, about 2% of the daily need.
• L-arginine, 200 mg, and L-arginine AKG 2:1, 200 mg, for about 340 mg of arginine.
• L-citrulline HCl, 100 mg, and L-citrulline malate, 100 mg, for 200 mg of citrulline forms.
• Beta-alanine, 40 mg.

How do you take VapoCept capsules?

One capsule a day with an 8 oz glass of water. That is the whole direction on the label.

• Swallow it whole. The capsule is made to be swallowed as sold.
• If it feels large, take a sip of water first, then the capsule, then finish the glass.
• Pick a fixed time. The label gives no time of day, so choose one you will keep.
• If you miss a day, take the next capsule as normal. Do not take two.

How do VapoCept capsules fit a daily routine?

A daily capsule only helps if you take it daily. A few small habits make that easy.

• Tie it to something you already do, such as breakfast, making coffee or brushing your teeth.
• Keep the bottle where you will see it, in a cool, dry cupboard you open each day.
• Use the bottle as a calendar. Thirty capsules last a month, so the bottle tells you how many days you missed.
• Reorder before the last bottle runs out, so the routine does not break between packs.

If you take other pills, check one point first. Arginine and citrulline can lower blood pressure and may add to blood pressure medicines and nitrates. Ask your doctor if you take them. Calcium can affect the timing of some medicines too, which our calcium post explains.

What is the VapoCept capsule shell made of?

The capsule material is not published. Many capsules are made from gelatin, which comes from animals, and others are plant-based. The panel we hold does not say which this one is.

• Open one bottle at a time, so the rest stay sealed.
• Check the base for a lot number and best-before date.
• Keep all bottles out of reach of children. VapoCept is for adults 18 and older.
